Background: Primary colon lymphoma is an uncommon disease, representing 0.2 to 0.6% of colorectal cancers. The gastrointestinal tract is where most extranodal lymphomas settle. They are usually non Hodking lymphomas. Objective: To evaluate the behavior of a rare pathology of the colon, from a clinical case. Place of application: Private institution Material and Methods: Male patient, 53 years who underwent surgery with pathological diagnosis of colonic lymphoma. . Results: Right colectomy was performed due to a perforated cecum tumor. Conclusions: It is a rare entity, which mainly involves the colon proximal to the hepatic flexure. The combination of surgery and chemotherapy is the treatment of choice.
