Abstract

Adrenal metastases specifically from colorectal carcinoma are rare, being more frequent from
primary lung, breast, and kidney. Even the form of retroperitoneal metastasis hematoma is
rare. Spontaneous retroperitoneal hematoma should be considered a differential diagnosis in any patient
with sudden-onset abdominal pain accompanied by anemia or hypotension, especially if they have a
history of cancer.
